SystemHub provides digital workflow products for architects, BIM teams, technical creators, and businesses. Osai, also known as OS Production AI, is our Revit plugin product. By accessing the website, downloading Osai, starting a trial, signing in, purchasing a subscription, or using a license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Osai is designed to assist Revit documentation, BIM production, and related workflow automation. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, plan rules, and features may change over time. Osai assists production workflows, but it does not replace professional judgment, project review, quality control, or compliance checks.

Osai uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. The plugin requires Google Sign-In to start a trial or activate a license. You should use the same email address used at checkout so SystemHub can match your subscription and license access correctly.

Osai includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial starts after you sign in with Google inside Revit and provides full Pro access during the trial period. After the trial ends, plugin access pauses until a paid subscription is active. SystemHub may limit, suspend, or end trial access if it is abused or used outside intended evaluation purposes.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Taxes, VAT, local payment handling, receipts, renewals, refunds, and payment disputes may be managed during checkout or afterward by Paddle. SystemHub does not store credit card details.

Basic and Pro subscriptions may be offered monthly or yearly. Studios subscriptions are yearly only and start at a minimum of 10 seats. Prices, billing terms, plan limits, taxes, and renewal terms are shown during checkout where applicable.

Access may be limited or removed for unpaid, canceled, paused, past due, refunded, chargeback, or disputed subscriptions according to the license status shown in SystemHub/Firebase services. Canceling a subscription does not delete your Revit files, project files, or outputs.

Osai licenses are tied to the purchase email and the Firebase/Google account used to sign in. One verified device is allowed per license unless future plan rules say otherwise. Sharing an account or license with other people is not allowed.

Device transfer is available, but the old device loses access when a transfer is requested or completed. You may not bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to avoid licensing, subscription, device verification, download security, or access control systems.

Plugin installers and downloads are delivered securely. Osai may contact SystemHub to check for the latest available version or confirm download and license access. Revit should be closed before installing, updating, or uninstalling Osai.

Users are responsible for maintaining compatible software environments, protecting account and license access, using products lawfully, backing up Revit projects and related files, and checking that any output fits their project, jurisdiction, standards, and professional obligations.

Osai may make mistakes or produce incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpected results. Users remain responsible for professional judgment and for reviewing all generated outputs before construction, permit submission, fabrication, production use, client delivery, or any other professional reliance.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, share account or license credentials, bypass licensing or device protection, interfere with SystemHub/Firebase services, upload paid materials publicly, misrepresent SystemHub products as your own, or use products in unlawful, harmful, or abusive ways.

SystemHub may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, trials, license systems, checkout flows, or support processes. We aim to maintain reliable access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

SystemHub owns or licenses the design, content, software, templates, text, graphics, product names, workflows, downloadable files, and related intellectual property on the website and in SystemHub products. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited license granted to use purchased or trial products.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SystemHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, project, construction, production, data, or profit losses arising from use of the website or products. Users must independently review and validate outputs before relying on them.

SystemHub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or products after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
