SystemHub provides digital workflow products for architecture and BIM teams. Osai, also known as OS Production AI, is our Revit plugin product. By using the SystemHub website, signing in to Osai, starting a trial, downloading an installer, purchasing a subscription, or contacting support, you acknowledge that your information may be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, support or contact form messages, product interest, order-related details, and any files or screenshots you choose to submit for support.

When you use Osai, we may collect your Google display name if available, Firebase UID, license or subscription status, plan ID, device identifier or device name for license protection, plugin version, update check metadata, and related access or security records.

For paid subscriptions, we may receive Paddle customer, subscription, and transaction identifiers. We do not store credit card details, raw payment card data, your Google password, or the contents of your Revit models unless you explicitly submit model information to us for support.

We use information to provide the website and Osai service, manage Google/Firebase Authentication, start trials, activate and verify licenses, protect against license sharing or misuse, deliver secure downloads, check for updates, process support requests, maintain security, improve product reliability, and keep required business, tax, accounting, and legal records.

Osai uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. The plugin requires Google Sign-In to start a trial or activate a license. To help match access correctly, customers should sign in with the same email address used at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle manages checkout, payment handling, taxes, VAT, local payment requirements, receipts, subscription billing, refunds, and disputes where applicable. Paddle may collect and process payment and billing information under its own terms. SystemHub does not store credit card details or raw payment card data.

Osai licenses are tied to the purchase email and the Firebase/Google account used to sign in. One verified device is allowed per license unless future plan rules say otherwise. If a device transfer is requested, the old device may lose access when the transfer is completed or requested.

License status is checked through SystemHub/Firebase services. Secure downloads and update checks may contact SystemHub to confirm access, identify the latest plugin version, and protect the service.

We may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, form handling, customer support, license delivery, updates, analytics, and website security. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to SystemHub.

SystemHub may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve user experience, remember preferences, measure marketing performance, and protect the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may not work correctly without them.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, legal, accounting, tax, security, product delivery, licensing, subscription management, and business record requirements.
